Final (beta) draft of revised constitutions and canons

The Constitution & Canons Revision Group (CCRG) was commissioned by the Rt. Rev. Dr. Ambrose Gumbs, 5th Bishop of the Virgin Islands, to amend the current Constitution & Canons of the Diocese of the Virgin Islands. The CCRG comprises a Chairman and 9 other members drawn from a wide cross-section of the Diocese, and includes representatives from each Regional Deanery.
